We spent our evenings in nearby The Dome Cinema & Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Give kudos to receptionist. Useful base for 2 nights.

We really enjoyed staying at Captain Cook Motor Lodge. A superb base for exploring Gisborne. The location was not far from everything we wanted to do.
